Leadership 101 (Youth)

Leadership 101 is a mastermind designed to prepare Youth with leadership abilities for success in all that they pursue, in and beyond school. This mastermind teaches Youth to build personal qualities to take responsibility for themselves and their actions, express themselves, and handle problems and decisions when they arise, and lead themselves first. The mastermind is based on leadership principles from John Maxwell’s The 21 Indispensable Qualities of a Leader: Becoming the Person Others Will Want to Follow.

Youth who complete this mastermind successfully will:

• Understand the qualities that help them succeed as a leader.
• Recognize, develop, and refine personal characteristics needed for effective leadership.
• Improve personal growth in areas of communication, relationship building, and responsibility.
• Open to a whole new world of possibilities.

This program is a Youth Leadership Mastermind and may be presented via the web, or on-site at your School, Church, or youth organization.
